These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MyHostVault ("we", "us"). They apply whenever you create an account, buy hosting or use any of our services. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
1. Our service
We provide shared web hosting. Your websites run on a server that is shared with other customers. Every customer has a separate, isolated hosting account. Plan limits (such as storage, number of websites and databases) are shown on our website and in your dashboard and are part of these Terms.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate contact details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your passwords secret.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- One person or business may hold more than one hosting service, but each service is billed separately.
3. Payments and renewals
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay.
- Hosting is prepaid for the term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
- We send reminders before your service expires. We never charge your card or bank account automatically unless you have explicitly set up a recurring payment mandate.
- If a renewal invoice stays unpaid, your service is suspended after a grace period of 7 days. See the Refund Policy and Data Retention Policy for what happens next.
4. Fair use of shared resources
Our servers are shared. We do not sell unlimited resources. If your account uses far more CPU, memory, disk I/O or bandwidth than its fair share and this affects other customers, we will contact you and suggest a solution. In urgent cases we may temporarily limit or suspend the account to protect other customers.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of our services must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate services that break that policy.
6. Backups and your responsibility
We take reasonable care of our servers. However, you are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of your website files and databases. We recommend downloading a backup regularly. We will tell you in your dashboard which backup features are available and tested.
7. Support
Support covers our hosting service: server availability, control panel access, SSL, DNS instructions and the migration service described on our website. Support does not include building or fixing your website code, although we try to point you in the right direction.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your service if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if invoices remain unpaid, or if we are legally required to do so. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will show the date of the last update on this page and, for important changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
