Why we exist

Most budget hosting works like this: a very low price for the first year, a much higher price at renewal, "unlimited" everything in the headline and tiny limits in the fine print, and support that reads from a script. We think website owners deserve better.

So we built MyHostVault around a few simple promises:

• Affordable prices you can pay monthly. You should not have to pay for a year to get a fair price.
• Clear limits. Every plan shows exactly how much storage and how many websites you get. We do not sell "unlimited".
• Free migration done by people. Moving should not be the reason you stay with a host you do not like.
• Real support. Tickets are answered by team members who understand PHP, WordPress and DNS.
• Your own space. Every customer gets a separate hosting account. Nobody else can see your files.

Where we are today

We are a new and small company. We are launching with a single shared hosting plan and growing carefully, adding servers and plans only as we can support them well. We would rather be honest about being small than pretend to be something we are not.

What we will not do

• Advertise "unlimited" storage, bandwidth, CPU or memory.
• Publish uptime numbers, customer counts or reviews that we cannot back up.
• Charge your card or UPI automatically without a clear mandate from you.
• Delete your website data automatically because a payment is a few days late.
