Here is what happens after you choose a plan and pay.
- Payment is verified. Our system confirms the payment with the payment gateway. We never activate hosting based only on a "success" page in your browser, so please wait a few seconds after paying.
- Your hosting account is created. A separate, private hosting account is set up for you on our server. This usually takes a few minutes. You can watch the status on the My Hosting page.
- You add your domain. Go to My Websites and add the domain you want to host. The dashboard shows the exact DNS records to set at your domain registrar.
- Upload your website. Use the hosting control panel's file manager or FTP, or create a WordPress site. If you already have a website elsewhere, request a free migration instead.
- SSL is issued. Once your domain points to our server, a free SSL certificate is issued so your site works over HTTPS.
If anything goes wrong during setup, our team is notified automatically and we fix it. You will not be charged twice.
