Prepaid terms
Hosting is paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer terms cost less per month. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes.
Renewal reminders
Before your service expires we create a renewal invoice and email you reminders. You pay the invoice from My Invoices or Renew Hosting in your dashboard. We do not charge your card or bank automatically.
Grace period
If the expiry date passes and the invoice is unpaid, your service keeps running for a grace period of 7 days. You can still pay during this time and nothing changes.
Suspension
After the grace period, the service is suspended: websites stop loading and control panel access is paused. Your files and databases are kept. Paying the renewal invoice reactivates the service automatically after the payment is verified.
Deletion
If a suspended service is not renewed, data is deleted according to our Data Retention Policy, which gives you written notice before anything is removed.
Invoices and payment history
Every invoice has a unique number and can be downloaded as a PDF from your dashboard. The payment history page shows every payment with its gateway reference.
